Janet Lee

Mrs.Janet Lee has been teaching music class for Kindergarten to 8th grade at West Portal
Lutheran School since 2017.

She was born in Busan, South Korea, where she studied piano at the age of 7 and went on to
winning the Korean News Times by 9, and has played for numerous piano recitals since.

After making America her permanent home, she has won many competitions including Junior
Bach Festival and continued to perform with many different orchestras as well as solo
performances.

She has B.M degree in music performance at the SF conservatory of Music, and earned her
Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Her passion is Classical music and teaching but when she is not teaching, she enjoys
kickboxing(fitness) and archery.

She currently also serves as the church organist at the West Portal Lutheran Church.
