Cara Hanks

Mrs.Hanks has had the privilege of teaching third grade at WPL since 2020. Throughout high
school, Cara enjoyed teaching Sunday school teaching her students about Jesus and the Bible.
Following her dream to be a teacher, she attended Simpson University and taught at private and
public schools for the last 20 years. Mrs. Hanks loves to teach her students to be lifelong
learners curious about the world around them with a Christ-centered worldview. Cara resides in
the small seaside town of Montara with her daughter, Elizabeth. For fun she loves to hike,
garden and spend time with her family.
